Very cool facility. Great nature trail and bird habitat. They have native endangered fish species that they stock out to help with species restoration. Colorado Pike Minnows are great... who doesn't like a fish that can get 6 foot long and weigh 85 pounds. Would be an amazing native sport fish for the state to pursue for anglers.
Several fish ponds that attract different types of birds. Some walking trails as well. Limited parking.

This Fish Hatchery has several easy hiking trails around it. There are resting benches spaced throughout. Signs describe plants.

Great place for a short walk. Very peaceful here. Saw lots of ducks and butterflies. A deer walked right by me. Will come again.

Great place to take an easy walk on a quiet path. Too hot for much wildlife but we enjoyed the black hawk trail and the hatchery ponds.
